      Come join the celebration!
Hear the tunes, sing the songs, and enjoy the dances of Ireland past and present! Performing Arts faculty and students, joined by the Bessie Award-nominated company Darrah Carr Dance, bring a bold new twist to conventional Irish dance with their high-energy, rhythmic footwork. Artistic Director Darrah Carr, named one of the “Top 100 Irish Americans of the Year” by Irish American Magazine, was awarded the Irish Heritage Award in recognition of her contributions to the cultural life of New York’s Irish Community. A featured performer will be Tony Award winner and original star of Broadway, Billy Elliot, Trent Kowalik!

We will be honoring the memory of Thomas J. Moran for his humanitarian service and philanthropy. As a member of the board of Concern Worldwide, an international humanitarian relief agency helping those living in extreme poverty, Mr. Moran traveled to the poorest countries of the world. He was recognized by the Prime Minister of Ireland for his “selfless actions which improved the lives of thousands.”
This event is a fundraiser for Concern Worldwide US as a tribute to Tom's extraordinary commitment to the organization and its mission.

Light refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the event.
      Open to the public
This event is funded by a generous gift from the Kurz Family Foundation,
