Inner Freedom in Daily Life [BKH]

In his foundational teachings on how to create a deeply satisfying life, Buddha explained why it is we struggle to remain happy, and how we can free ourselves from the inner obstructions that trouble us.

In this two class series, we will examine the basics of the Four Noble Truths and examine how we can increase or sense of inner freedom, finding a sense of joy and possibility in our daily life.
