The Prudential Center is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in downtown Newark, New Jersey. The venue first opened its doors to the public on October 25, 2007 and boasts 750 flat screen television monitors, 76 luxury suites, an eight-sided high-definition video scoreboard, a 4,800 square foot LED screen and two large signature entrance cylinders. Although a relative newbie in the arena industry, the Prudential Center Newark has already become a popular New Jersey and New York metropolitan area venue for sports and live entertainment.
