      Calling all cheese & meat lovers! Join us at The Cheese Cave for a special night of guided tastings while learning all about our finest fromages and the charcuterie that loves them. Derived from the French words chair meaning ‘flesh’ and cuit meaning ‘cooked’, charcuterie (pronounced ‘shar-koo-tuh-ree’) describes a wonderfully wide-range of both cooked and cured meats. From hard salamis to soft, spreadable pâtés to thin-sliced whole muscle cuts like Prosciutto di Parma and more, this memorable journey through the fascinating world of specialty cheeses and meats is sure to please even the most discerning palates.
