      Farm & Compost Tours

      Discover what’s behind the scenes at QBG Farm & Compost. In this one-hour tour you will get a crash course on how we produce nutrient-rich compost from food scraps and horticultural waste. We will introduce the fundamentals of ecological farming. This tour is recommended for first-time visitors to QBG Farm & Compost. Included with Garden admission. Tour begins promptly at 11am, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. Presented by NYC Compost Project hosted by Queens Botanical Garden. Registration required. ***Ticket price does not include Admission to the Garden, to be paid at the Garden entrance: Adults – $6, Seniors (age 62+) – $4, Students with ID – $4, Children (ages 4 to 12) – $2, Children (3 and under) – FREE, Members – FREE REFUND POLICY Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation by the organizer.  CANCELLATIONS In the case that an event is cancelled, you will be notified via email.
