Songs performed will include the classic tunes That's Life, Tomorrow, Here Comes the Sun, Disney classic songs, among many others. KEA CHAN (Special 3K)Mauna Kea Chan (Kea Chan) most recently appeared in The Actors Fund benefit concert celebrating the music of Neil Sedaka. She also played a CSI Photographer on the Amazon Prime TV series, Homicide City and was a guest performer in in The Charlie Romo And Friends and Serving Up Sondheim 2 concerts at Green Room 42 in NYC. She was featured in a story in Times Square Chronicles as “A Performer to Keep Your Eye On” after moving to New York from her native Philippines, where she made an immediate impact within the American entertainment community as she was a finalist for the lead role of Kim in the recent Broadway revival of Miss Saigon. Ms. Chan performed a principal role in three prior NYC concert productions, Serving Up Sondheim and Asian Artists Step Forward at The Green Room 42 and Steppin’ Forward! at The Triad. She also played the “Other Girl’ in the Indie Short that is touring the Film Festival circuit, Howard; portrayed a murdered, underage “Asian Prostitute” in the Amazon Prime TV series, Bronx SIU; has performed in Las Vegas twice as a featured performer in musical shows at major hotels; did two live off-Broadway children’s shows for PlayNice Productions; has had numerous guest appearances in concert and cabaret shows since moving to New York including Scott Siegel’s Broadway’s Greatest Hits at Feinstein’s /54 Below; An Evening About Whatever Gets You Through the Day at the Hudson Guild Theater; The Charlie Romo Experience at the Green Room 42 and The Triad; and has had the honor of singing for the Presidents and/or Ambassadors of the Philippines, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. Performing since she was 11, Kea was Philippine Child Performer of the Year when she was 13. DENISE KARA (Special 3K)She has made a name for herself at 9 years old within the Filipino-American community as a major live performer and now transitioned into the American mainstream entertainment arena by recently appearing in The Actors Fund benefit concert celebrating the music of Neil Sedaka and a featured live performance at The Green Room 42 for the American Popular Song Society Christmas Special; had auditions for both TOMMY on CBS and a Nickelodeon audition which impressed casting to where they are looking for a new show where she would be a fit! She sings, dances, writes original songs, plays ukulele and piano! During the lockdown, in addition to the Actors Fund benefit, Denise appeared in the virtual concert benefit for My Sisters Keeper and Luminaries which highlighted Filipinos of Achievement in both the Philippines and America for the past 10 years.KAYLA MERROW (Special 3K)A newcomer to the business, most recently appeared in The Actors Fund benefit concert celebrating the music of Neil Sedaka this 19-year-old professional actor/singer/dancer is still in college but competing for professional jobs. Her focus is singing and she has performed as a guest singer in shows and competitions. She also has experience in musical theater, where some of her favorite roles have been the fabulous Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, and the mysterious Wednesday Addams in the Addams Family Musical. She really looks forward to learning and gaining new experience in the near future when the industry opens back up.JUSTIN SENENSE (Guest Performer / Director)Justin Senense, an American actor/singer of Philippine heritage, most recently appeared in The Actors Fund benefit concert celebrating the music of Neil Sedaka. He was also seen playing the lead in the award winning indie short film Howard. Some of his favorite credits include, Angel in Rent (Westchester Broadway Theatre), Benjamin in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (National Tour) and Hair (Italian Tour). He is also a director of cabaret performances and the Director of this show!BOBBY DELEON (Music Director/Piano-Synthesizer)Bobby is very pleased to accompany both Denise Kara and Kayla Merrow when they performed Neil Sedaka's Calendar Girl and The Diary from their respective homes as part of the streaming concert fundraiser for benefit that celebrated the music of Neil Sedaka. He is an extraordinary, International Music Director, Arranger, Pianist and Synthesizer who plays entirely by ear and does not read music!He started playing piano at 4 years old and was in demand throughout Asia for many years while working as a Music Director for prominent groups or playing piano in Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia and Qatar. He was a favorite and personal Music Director/pianist for Imelda Marcos, former First Lady of the Philippines, when she would give public performances in the United States.
