PJ Library Apples and Honey Day Gathering at QBG

Join other Russian-speaking families for a pre-Rosh Hashana experience at Queens Botanical Garden's Apple and Honey Day! Families will gather at QBG for a Rosh Hashana-themed Russian language storytime, and will then be invited to celebrate the harvest season with apples and honey at QBG's special event! You will have a chance to meet the QBG beekeper, taste honey and apples, and much more! Storytime will be facilitated by our Eastern Queens Parent Connector, Elena O'Neal in Russian, while the rest of QBG programming will be led in English. Families are welcome to stay for the whole day to explore the QBG grounds and participate in other activities. Queens Botanical Garden admission is covered by PJ Library. This program is made possible with the generous support of PJ Library of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation in partnership with Genesis Philanthropy Group.
