      Run the Rock 2020 - 5K Fun Run/Walk in Support of Veterans' Services

      Run the Rock, is a 5K fun run/walk to be held on RCC’s main campus along with a 1/2-mile kids fun run. 5K run/walk (Ages: 13+) 1/2-mile kids fun run (Ages: 6-12) T-shirts for the first 100 5K registrants Medals for all participants Trophies for 1st place male and female finisher Sponsorship opportunities available Open to the public Tax deductible donation REGISTER EARLY! $30 per person, $40 after 15 April 2020 $5 for kids (Ages: 6-12) $20 for RCC students & staff   Registration includes a race bib. T-shirts will be given to the first one hundred 5K participants to sign up. You can pick up your items at the registration table the day of the event. Arrive early! You must be 13 or older to enter the 5K run/walk event and 6 - 12 years old to enter the 1/2-mile kids fun run. When is the last day to register? The last day to register is Saturday, 25 April 2020.  5K: $30 per person. $40 after 15 April 2020. 1/2 mile: $5 per child. $10 after 15 April 2020.  What is the refund policy? There are no refunds. Can I volunteer? Yes and your friends can too!  You can sign up at Run the Rock Volunteer Form. Race/Event When should I arrive? Check-in time is 8 - 8:45 am.  What should I wear to the race? Sneakers are required. Participants should wear comfortable clothing, long pants recommended because of the partially wooded area. Are spectators allowed? Yes, spectators are allowed. What are my parking options for getting to and from the event? Parking is free.  Are the races timed? YES!  This race is a timed event.  Will this event be held rain or shine?  Yes. Will there be first aid available? Yes, there will be first aid available. Food/Refreshments Will there be refreshments and food for sale? Yes.
